1.1 Binding Agreement. Use of the website or services constitutes legally binding assent under the E-SIGN Act.
1.2 Contract Hierarchy. (a) Signed clinical treatment consent forms control clinical care. (b) Schedule A Prosthetic
Warranty controls prosthetic warranty disputes only. (c) These Terms control all other disputes.
1.3 Non-Reliance. You acknowledge you are not relying on advertisements, marketing statements, verbal statements, social media content, or representations not written in a signed treatment agreement.
2.1 Website Content. Educational only. Not diagnosis or medical advice.
2.2 No Provider Relationship. No provider-patient relationship exists until in-person clinical examination and acceptance of a treatment plan.
2.3 No Outcome Guarantee. Denture, snap-on, and implant-supported prosthetic outcomes depend on biological healing, oral hygiene, and individual anatomy. No durability, aesthetic, comfort, or longevity guarantee exists unless explicitly written in Schedule A.
2.4 Scope of Services. WestCoast Digital Denture & Implant Center is a denturist practice. We design, fabricate, fit, and adjust dentures, snap-on dentures, and prosthetics for teeth-on-implant cases. Implant placement surgery is performed by the dentist we partner with, in the dentist’s practice, and is quoted and billed separately by them. We are not responsible for the implant placement itself, surgical outcomes, or any post-surgical complications outside of the prosthetic scope.
3.1 All quotes are estimates until treatment planning is finalized.
3.2 Pricing may change due to anatomy, complications, additional dental implants beyond the standard four, or bone grafting needs.
3.3 Monthly figures published on the website cover the prosthetic (the teeth we design and build). Implant placement, extractions, bone grafting, sinus lifts, and any surgical work are handled and quoted separately by the dentist we partner with, and are not included in our figures.
3.4 Financing approval is third-party (Proceed Finance and Cherry Dental Financing) and not guaranteed.
3.5 Deposits may be non-refundable once lab preparation begins.
You may not violate law, reverse engineer systems, scrape, impersonate, harass staff, record staff without consent where prohibited, or interfere with operations. Access may be terminated without notice.
Calendars, payment processors, lenders (Proceed Finance, Cherry Dental Financing), messaging providers, analytics platforms, and the partnering dentist for implant placement operate independently. We are not responsible for their acts, outages, security incidents, clinical outcomes, or billing.

The website is provided AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE. No uptime, accuracy, or security guarantee. You assume all risk of device or data damage.
To the maximum extent allowed by law: (a) No liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. (b) No liability for medical complications, biological failure, patient dissatisfaction, or any acts or omissions of the partnering dentist during implant placement. (c) Aggregate liability limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months or the prosthetic amount in Schedule A if applicable.
You agree to defend and indemnify WestCoast Digital Denture & Implant Center against claims arising from misuse,
inaccurate medical history, non-compliance, or third-party reliance on your statements.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by laboratory delays (including partner labs used for certain partial-denture and framework repair cases), supply chain issues, illness, natural disaster, government action, or events beyond control.
11.1 Mandatory Arbitration. All disputes must be resolved by binding AAA arbitration in Hood River County, Oregon.
11.2 Class Action Waiver. Claims must be brought individually.
11.3 Jury Trial Waiver. You waive jury trial rights.
11.4 One-Year Limitation Period. Any claim must be filed within one year of the event or is permanently barred.
11.5 Attorneys’ Fees. Prevailing party entitled to fees where permitted by law.
Oregon law exclusively governs regardless of residence.
If any clause is invalid, the rest remains enforceable. Liability, arbitration, and warranty provisions survive termination.

This Schedule supersedes conflicting provisions but only for prosthetic warranty claims.
Covers the prosthetic itself (the teeth we design and build) only. Excludes dental implants, screws, abutments, bone, tissue, surgery, anesthesia, and any medical or surgical complications. Coverage: Full-arch prosthetics on implants (permanent teeth on implants / All-on-X): 1-year warranty on the prosthetic. Snap-on dentures on implants: 6 months of free adjustments and repairs. Digital dentures (full, partial, immediate): 6 months of free adjustments and repairs.
Valid only for the original patient while continuous compliance requirements are met. Warranty attaches only to prosthetics designed and fabricated by WestCoast. Some partial dentures are fabricated by outside lab partners; those partials are covered under this warranty only to the extent of our fitting and adjustment work, and any lab-specific coverage flows through the lab partner.
A3.1 Design Authority — All design decisions controlled exclusively by WestCoast Digital Denture & Implant Center. Patient deviation voids warranty. A3.2 Mandatory Maintenance — Cleaning and check-ups every 6 months within a 30-day grace period at WestCoast Digital Denture & Implant Center or an approved provider.
Bruxism, trauma, hygiene failure, smoking, drug misuse, systemic disease, unauthorized dental work, excessive force, non-compliance, or any failure of the underlying dental implants or surgical foundation (which are the responsibility of the partnering dentist, not WestCoast) void warranty.
A5 Determination Authority: WestCoast has sole discretion to approve or deny claims. Determination final. A6 Remedy: Repair or replace prosthetic only. No coverage for surgery, temporaries, travel, wages, or diagnostics. Replacement does not restart warranty. A7 Liability Cap: Maximum liability limited to amount paid for the prosthetic. A8 Modification Protection: Future policy changes do not retroactively affect compliant warranties. A9 Acceptance: Proceeding with treatment constitutes acceptance.
